Always listen to your gut.

It was beautiful when I arrived at this place in Sublette County, Wyoming. It was foggy. On my way there, I saw many opportunities to take a photo. Good thing I didn’t take them. I wanted to arrive at the river before I took out the camera.

It was unbelievable. I savor the light and the fog. You could taste the mist. I arrived at the river, looked to my right, and saw a moose. I couldn’t believe it.

I got ready in a jiffy. Hoping the moose won’t go. I spent a few minutes with her before the fog got so dense I couldn’t see anything.

The fog was slowly creeping in. When you could see where the moose was, it was gone. The mist took it with it. It made me wonder if I saw a moose. So I checked my camera, and she was there.

That drew a smile on my face.
